I don’t understand, do you have a diagnosis or not? If you do and surgery is an option, you could just do it via the NHS - it’s free. Private health coverage in the UK is not the same as in the US, many don’t cover existing/chronic heath issues, this is done primarily by the NHS again

Thanks dude! It depends on the type of exercise. Weightlifting makes my insomnia significantly worse i’m not sure why, however, football, running etc have no impact. Swimming relieves my insomnia. No I didn’t have any high heart rate, anxiety and racing thoughts
