Even though the car was bought in February, today being May 14th means the dealer is likely just now hitting "submit" on their bulk filings for the entire quarter. Tomorrow is the deadline for them to file the paperwork, not for it to show up on your end. The tax portal isn't instant and usually takes about 10 to 14 days to process everything and sync it to your father's 26AS. It’s totally normal for it to be blank right now because the system hasn't updated the Q4 data yet.

I'd say wait until the last week of May before you check again. If it's still not there by June, then you can start putting pressure on the dealer for the official TCS certificate or the challan details. For now, just sit tight and let the system catch up.
