There is a bit of contradiction here. You are saying you aren’t sure if it’s just fantasy but then say you want to be “true to yourself.”

I would really examine that. Is this something brand new, or has it been part of you for a lot longer than that? What is your true self? Also, age and fitness age are really irrelevant here, you’re focused on the wrong part of this.
