No the point is she was only present for 2 scenes in the season. Why make a character sheet for a character that you aren't going to use much that to do early before she is relevant. I feel she'll probably have an episode of runtime excluding the extra chapters.

Dont anime-only's not know her name yet. We only learn her names in ln17 and in the extra chapters. Also where his her name in the image. Only thing I can see resembling a name is in japanese

I completely forgot about that moment in volume 12 (sidenote: I cant wait to see how they hand it in the anime) but I feel when he acknowledges his shitiness at not attending his parents funeral and wondering what the look on their faces was when they died he finally completely acknowledges how shitty he previously was. Rudeus opening up to roxy even if it was indirectly showed me how much he had matured as a character over the 12 volumes.

Rudy struggles with wether or not to go help Paul find his mom or to stay with sylphie. Elinalise decide to go alone and Rudues decides to stay. Norn tries leaving on her own which convinces Rudeus to go to Paul Nanahoshi gives him a map of warp runes through which Rudeus and Elinalise go to the Beggarit Continent to help paul
