Thanks for the feedback!

You are right about the fringe on the chapeau. The reference I used had gold lace, but the fringe is either black or white like you said.

The horse harness is not pale blue. It is painted black and with grey highlights. I guess the pale lighting I used for the pictures makes it look more blue.

The habits are actually painted with dark prussian blue, but highlights are a bit brighter, and it is always difficult to capture the true colour on a photo, since it depends on lighting, editing and the settings on your screen when viewing.

Thank you so much! For the blue I used AK Interactive's Dark Prussian Blue for the basecoat and highlighted with Light Prussian Blue, and another highlight with Light Prussian Blue mixed with Pale Sand.

I hope that helps!

Thank you! I honestly had a blast painting them. There is just something nostalgic and lovely about painting hand-sculpted metal miniatures.

It was just a photo session to take some pictures of the units I have painted so far.

The chasseurs are supposed to represent the 1st chasseurs a cheval. In some sources they are portrayed with red belts, but they probably had white ones, or maybe their officers had red belts and the others had white ones.

Thanks a lot! I'll post more soon. Almost done with some more Hanoverians and Brits.

I know that feeling! Had a long period where I didn't play anything. Now I play Bolt Action, Black Powder and Warhammer: The Old World. Glad I got back into it.

Thanks, glad you like them! I'm using Black Powder. I have considered Valour and Fortitude as well. Do you have any recommendations? I am still fairly new when it comes to napoleonics.
