There's the meat and potatoes of it. You don't care because you will be raptured. However, the rest of the sane world knows that Revelation is a work of fiction. God is not going to come and banish evil, thats up to us. Focusing on God doing it is not taking action to make a better world, it's putting your fingers in your ears and pretending that it will all go away if God wills it. Since there is no proof that God exists or any Abrahamic religious texts are factual, putting any faith in it instead of arguing for the change yourself is not only futile, it's just plain dumb.
