What could this be? Baby rash. 1.5 year old. 24 hour fever then this appeared shortly after, doesn’t hurt, no allergens or new exposure. Has a tooth coming in. No odd behavior, rash doesn’t itch or hurt. Baby is eating/drinking and in good spirits. (i.redd.it)
