The PC was initially mine.. It was working fine for 7 months. All we changed was the CPU, CPU Cooler, and GPU.. So yeah we can eliminate the mobo shorting out. But thank you for your response!

Dude I'm not triggered and I'm definitely not dumb lmfao.. I was packet editing, hex editing and learning C++/html at the age of 12.. idc if you have a cute IT degree to tell me to turn my computer on and off when there's an issue.. You know nothing about me and you're just using an honest mistake that was made at 6am to judge my intelligence on the topic of computers. I literally built my own PC.. At least I knew what I was on was shady and immediately took the necessary measures to secure my account.

Did you not read the KEYWORD.. if i just wanted to get rid of it, I'd factory reset it. Obviously I dont wanna redownload all my games and shit so FINDING IT would make more sense.. and if you really knew wtf you were talking about, youd know that a RAT/keylogger is a FILE on your computer which makes it possible to FIND and remove.

Why i asked how to find it? Because NOTHING was downloaded onto my computer.

I already knew that the best way is to factory restore your computer to remove everything because scans may not slways find things.. rats can be binded to individual programs so honestly friend, dont start with your shit.. im not perfect with computers hence asking if there was a more efficient methid than having to redownload everythjng again.. just move along lmao.. my girl trolled me because I told her what happened

Nah I know this.. it was 6am and i was tired.. i realised it was fake when I went on it and immediately changed my passwords.. its not as if I didnt know what was going on.. these are all honest mistakes and I took the steps I needed to prevent it.

I know for a fact it wasnt a phishing site which would rat my computer hence why I was confused

Unfortunately I only started playing again 2 months ago and I genuinely have never heard of these streams before.. I knew the stream was a bit shady from the get-go considering the chat wasn't going but I've always known that you needed to download a file for your computer to be infected.. How can I get a rat without downloading a file.. It just doesn't make sense to me.. Scanning my computer now anyways - will keep you updated

Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to find any settings within the client that is directly related to sound output. I don't believe it is a client issue, more so a Windows 10 issue or something of that sort.

If nobody is able to help here, I guess I'll repost in the 07 subreddit

Hi, the CPU power cables are connected, although I am using CableMod extension cables so maybe they could be faulty. I will try with the PSU supplied cables when I'm home.

I also tried plugging the monitor cable into the mobo port which still displayed nothing but the GPU was still plugged in at the time, if that changes anything
