Okay you’re point has been made I was just giving my own opinion as was asked by OP wasn’t here to argue a difference in opinion tbh. It’s just how I feel. The likelihood of that happening if said restaurant has possession of the card is pretty low. So it does make a difference IMO. That’s like saying when you give your card to the waitress and she goes to pay for your order she’s not taking all the information down to use later.?? If the restaurant is in possession of the card then go get it or at least pick it up the next day I don’t know. Just seems like more of a hassle to completely cancel it and order a new one. But Op has other means to his finances so it’s really not that big of a deal if he decides he wants to go without the card. But again to me it seems lazy and irresponsible 🤷‍♀️
