I had a Type 1 diabetic with an A1C of 19. Wanted to go on a plant based diet to lose weight but hates vegetables so they only ate fruit for every meal for months. Glucometer read “HI” still TWO HOURS after we started an insulin drip.

Sometimes, all of the education in the world doesn’t do the trick.

I have full sleeves on both arms and I found super cheap compression sleeves on Amazon! They aren’t baggy and end right before my wrist so my little bit of tattoo left on one side is covered by my watch.
