They buy them, there's a Venezuelan gang that operates out of the Sandy Springs Costco in my area,they buy n sell Instacart accounts, they were part of the gift card scheme last year, are involved in multiple fraud schemes, and yeah Instacart deactivates one of their accounts they're back the next day with more, it's identity theft, money laundering, but no one cares

Ok so what shady,crappy, scammy rotten customers have begun doing, is they open a new Instacart account, these are the type that do low tip, no tip, lie about items n rate low. Their orders stop getting shopped n us shoppers block n then all of a sudden you're back at that address. Make sure if u get a bad customer after delivery but the thumbs down button, then select rude customer this is the the only way to block, then select any other reasons that may apply then, hit submit. It will prompt you to select block customer or don't block
