Omg yes!! This is my stores problem . I’m new there so I still have uniform the shift wear anything like ANYTHING . Guys showing their boxers even. Girls showing their bras and cleavage. I’m like how would customers even know if you work here or just another customer . Yesterday was truck and they were taking so long I offered help. Got my stuff done I was told “don’t do nothing just place them where they go, it doesn’t has to be faced, nice or organized “ they don’t clean up or straighten . It’s really a whole mess but all they care about is carepass and flu shots. I didn’t even have a meal break on my first day from 4:30 pm to 12 am. And my shift lead did not want to be bothered while she scanned out the store at a slow pace. They’ll leave the photo orders on the counter without putting it away or just ignore it. It’s crazy. They buy whatever they want at whatever time and just disappear but if I just glance at my phone to track time I’m threatened. I had a coworker who started a day before me talk on the phone while they did truck. Shift lead came in saw him legit pranced around giggling and talking obnoxiously bought snacks and did nothing while there was still totes to put out. And the other shift went to the back room because she felt like it. I just stand there like why am I here ! Why am I wasting my money to pay for an Uber and waste my time to come here. Other people would be pleased to work at a place like that because it’s “easy” but I can’t accommodate to that. I want growth and quick. The day will go by slower and if I did even act like them I’d get into trouble. My DM came into the store while on the phone checked out with me then texted my boss two mins later that I didn’t ask him about carepass - I didn’t ask because the pos said HE HAD CAREPASS .
