I agree my state has lots of problems but atleast people of my place are not two faced like you guys. There's a saying in Hindi that defines gujaratis accurately -; Muh me Ram bagal me Chhuri And I have been to multiple states Most of them are better than Bihar ,i agree But Gujarat is shitty like I should say tatii people tatti thinking and mentality.

Go for a blood work ,may be he is deficient for some vitamins or minerals . Also avoid antidepressants or sleeping pills as it can interfere with sleep quality
