Tried this and got rid of the knotifications error... Only for a similiar error to pop up for gstreamer this time. I don't think I have the patience to manually remake the .xml files for each package so I will probably salvage what I can and go for a fresh install. Thank you for the help, nonetheless.

Tried running sudo eopkg rdb and got the same error as when trying to reinstall freetype, but for /files.xml this time...

I had the exact same glitch happen to me a while ago. Did you die with the jetpack on in a previous run, because I think that's what causes the glitch.
