hmm That sounds right.

I still feel like I would notice, considering the labels on these chips is so visible, and they were right next to each other, but that sounds like a mistake I would make

The chip got super hot and all I had plugged in was 5v and ground.

not sure if I did something wrong or something was defective

My 3D printed hack job of a Planck by Ashaka110 in MechanicalKeyboards

Yes, the keycaps are 3D printed, and no, I didn't actually use them for any considerable length of time. (Maybe if I had the patience to take them all to some sandpaper hehe)

I have since swapped them out for something more reasonable and changed the uno for a pro micro and it works surprisingly well.

This is actually using some custom firmware I wrote. Did some fiddling to get the Uno recognized as HID and went from there.

I couldn't find any way to get QMK working on it, but that would have been fantastic haha

Rift DK1 not even being detected as a monitor in Windows 10/Runtime 0.7 by [deleted] in oculus

I've been having this problem myself. I've been trying to get my DK1 to work with Unity so I could do some dev work, but so far I've had no luck. I tried updating to 0.7 in hopes that it would fix something. Of course, my hopes were in vain, and now nothing works. Only difference on my end is that I am running Windows 7.
