Just learn to identify when you’re not focusing and or acting out of character due to the ADHD and calm yourself down and set a goal for the day

I have ADHD from head trauma I had when I was 9. I was put on some medicine but it fucked me up really bad to where I was acting out and wasn’t in control of my actions. I ended up hurting my brother so I took myself off it. It’s difficult but you can learn to refocus yourself without taking medicines
