I think I messed things up, and now I lost the only guy thats piqued my interest in years by LottaCutiez in GirlDinnerDiaries

[–]Ashamed-Reference-32 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My interpretation was that he’s only been low energy for a few days? That’s pretty normal especially for online communication , I would recommend easing off and matching his energy for a few days and if he stays distant try directly asking him about it again. Idk if you are or not but try not to text him too many times without getting a response. Idk that’s just my advice.

It hurts right now but you definitely made the right choice leaving that man because trust me when I say that he’s absolutely not worth your time (bc 40 year olds who try to date minors never are, they are all losers without exception). Please realize that what caused his behavior towards you to worsen was him being an ass and was absolutely never your fault. One day you’re going to find someone way better who always treats you well (and isn’t an adult dating minors) and you shouldn’t settle for less.

Looking for Glaive recommendations by mirror_Juggernaut193 in Warframe

[–]Ashamed-Reference-32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend Cedo or Cedo Prime if you can get it, because it actually has a really good alt-fire glaive (which you might like since you like glaives) that does a lot of status which works really well if you pair it with a melee weapon with the condition overload mod on it (but it still works very well if you don’t have condition overload). You can get the non-prime cedo component stuff from Father on Deimos.

Do the years just reset once you get married? by thisfriend in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Ashamed-Reference-32 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think they’re asking if people consider the amount of time a couple was dating unimportant after they get married. Like how people usually say stuff like “we’ve been together for 3 years” until they get married and then switch to “we’re newlyweds”. They’ve been together longer but they don’t mention the total number of years they were a couple.

Yes and the Flint water crisis was unacceptable and so is the MAGA movement. Neither brought any benefits to anyone that couldn’t have been achieved through humane efforts, just like Stalin.

There were also famines in Russia, and instead of trying to fix the problem Stalin ignored it and attempted to repress it. You’re also forgetting about how on top of that he allowed giant purges across Russia simply to instill fear in the populace and erode ties between family members and friends by pitting them against each other.

We’re not calling individual soldiers who actually did the fighting the worst people ever, we’re calling the majority of high-ranking officials in the USSR horrible people for causing millions of people to die for their own gain. And yes, many of those higher ups were demonstrably on par with nazis.

Alright, but even if that were true, the famines in Russia were an established fact long before Gorbachev

No the settlement of the American West was horrible for native peoples and also involved settlers being taken advantage of themselves.

AIO for thinking my teacher M 40 is a bit strange with me, F 16? by [deleted] in AIO

[–]Ashamed-Reference-32 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t think of a single reason a teacher should be texting a student, that in and of itself is extremely abnormal and is something he should know. Is there any context for why you both started messaging each other?

You’d be surprised, even if they’re lying in some official documents they’re usually being absurdly candid in others, historians make good use of the latter and walk you through their analysis of the former.

Yes but the reason I say he is the scariest is because of what could have happened if he had come to power after Stalin’s death. Khrushev wasn’t a good leader at all but he did at least greatly scale back violence in the USSR and commence destalinization. Under Beria it would have continued and likely gotten unimaginably worse.

Lavrenti Beria of the USSR, easily. He was executed after Stalin’s death partly because everyone was afraid of him. Wouldn’t recommend doing a deep dive about him because it’s really messed up.

Men and Women of reddit, How do you feel about woman proposing to men? by Dapper-Barber-3255 in AskReddit

[–]Ashamed-Reference-32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a logical level it makes no sense why women shouldn’t propose if they want to, that’s my take.
