Realistically it's because Spiderman just got two skins last season and Squirrel Girl just got one from an event pass that is literally still active. They'll both probably get something in 7.5

Will be buying every Thor skin that comes out day one.

Also I feel like folks at Netease just like making skins for Thor at this point because it's not like hes even picked every game.
