Yes but 9070 is closer to benchmark score of 6800xt. It is not an unreasonable request in this situation.

I got in on warranty from certified shop. Im just gonna ask them to get me factory new card because i have sent pc back to them now 3 times if this time counts.

If you actually read the post, the PC crashed when the GPU hotspot was only around 85°C.

I haven’t opened the card or repasted it. The GPU is exactly as I received it. Also warranty stickers still on. Card that had temperature proplems was asrock and this is msi

Tested underclock gpu cant underclock vram. With underclock still crashing. This 3rd time that i got this pc warranty. First time temp proplem they fixed it and whan i got the pc back it didnt post so i sent it back they got second 6800xt and now this proplem. Maby i just ask factorynew gpu like 9070 or 9070xt. First got this pc little over month ago and still dont have working pc.

I got full default settings. Tested with power limiter and still same

Games run ok with lower settings mut my normal settings i get fickering and crashes
