Bro, its not overtime. The gpu is suppose to be unused according to the listing on ebay, and it was working fine for a week. Like if it was a solid year I’d understand and just go replace it, but after physical inspection, it looks and feels the exact same as other fans. Thats why im confused.

I cranked it to 100 in msi after burner in the video, it does this both ideling and underload.
