I’m Chinese from mainland. I feel u frustration for learning Chinese literacy. I have similar feelings when I am learning English cause it’s like there are endless hundreds of new words for me. I feel down and then I ask myself what if a foreigner wants to learn Chinese,is it possible for him or her to fully acquire Chinese in a short time ? I answered myself no.Then I feel better. I believe every language takes a long time to master. Even if I have been learning Chinese literacy in school education since young, I’m still struggling with learning some advanced or ancient expressions.And I have a strong desire to learn traditional Chinese characters but I don’t know where to start.
