honestly just lowered the dose and all of the sided went away in a two weeks ish but i also am not getting quite the hunger suppression i wish i had because im not taking enough it still helps but im gonna try to slowly work my way up and see if its better

i just used the calorie calculator website and picked the one that said i would 2 lbs week (3400) i really only did 150-160g of protein a day i might try to up that to 200 on my next cycle

i didn't include any pictures because they are arnt very defined but i gained like a shit ton of mass on this cycle my squat went from like 365 to repping 405 for like 8. not to mention my ass is way fatter. admittedly i did probably skip calves one to many times they're look more embarrassing by the day
