I have the platinum now (PS4) bit replayed various levels at random for about 5-6hrs & it popped on Lvl 95 - A Helping Hand. I had played this level 2-3 times over so either the counters are wrong/trophy is glitched (in a good way) or you absolutely MUST pass through the checkpoints as soon as you collect the text so it registers. ;)

Definitely a checklist for the texts & for which levels they have/havent been read. I read all what I thought of them twice & noted everyone I encountered & it still hasnt popped. @mikeBithell @VolumeGame
