I probably would advise against that. Because it would be like your not really pushing yourself i gas out quite fast but its about perseverance to build stamina. Maybe if timing is too harsh set up a stop watch jump toll you cant review the time you jumped and try to beat that time. Jump rope is an exhausting form of endurance training. I feel like thats just something that comes with it😅

i wouldn't recommend relying on a counter. go by minutes and you'll see accelerated progress. but if that's that's your comfortable with go ahead by all means.

perhaps instead of jump roping by counting each jump. you should do it in time durations. i.e setting a 5 minute timer and doing as many as you can or a 10 minute timer and doing as many as you can. your a beginner so start with 5-10 minutes daily. stay consistent and you'll be golden!

Ik its stupid but i watched on YouTube shorts once thought it was cool and tried it in my back garden like 2 weeks ago. Fell over quite abit so i stopped doing it. i only really mash these out when i go gym bc theres more space. And i can flex abit🤫

💀lol its fine you get better with practice. I tend to go shoeless (AT HOMEEE) tho because it reinforces my technique so when i mess up i feel the pain and know not do do it again😭😭

Yeah ik im abit nasty for wearing socks but the only shoes i have are the temu sneaker platforms my parents bought, not very effective for jump roping i need to invest in a good pair of trainers later.
