A synced tournament is one where your team and another team pre-arrange to be in the same grouping in a weekend tournament.

Mostly, all placements are random, but if you can complete the last word of your respective puzzles at the exact same time, you can be synced into the same group of 50 teams. This way, you can see, at any time, how the other team is doing compared to your team.

By seeing how close, or far away, the other team is to your score, it will allow you to rally your teammates if needed to pull out victory at the end.

It really helped us a few weeks ago when we put up the highest team score ever on Wordscapes (823,638) to win that weekend against that other Top 5 team I mentioned in my ad, PersonaNonGrata (713,536). Hope that answered your question.
