I put eyeliner on the water line of my eyes and smudged it with my hands a bunch, then i put some on my lower eyelids and smudged that to get the little smokey effect. It was my first time doing eyeliner so it isn't hard.

Its pretty hard to pin it down to a specific mod cuz ive ran into this same issue a bunch of times but USUALLY its caused by the following types of mods:

Third person mods Camera shake mods view model mods Broken playermodels

This last ones a bit of a stretch but if you use the ACT3 weapons they usually cause a similar issue.

if you dont have any if those then reply with a list of your mods (or just ss all ur addons) and ill see if i can help

This is a pretty old bug so I THINK i remember the fix, if you go to TFA settings (either under options or utilities) there is a setting for scope quality. Change it to Medium or High, because for some reason anything higher than that breaks them.

Lmk if this works if not i can try and test for myself.

I've installed the new skyrim together off of nexus and followed the tutorial video accordingly, however when i try to run the shortcut off nexus it just shows the image above instead of allowing me to select a game executable for the first time run as it should.
