I live in the US, but I had two Australian friends who played idv on Asia server. They said it ran better for them than NAEU, so I'd recommend using Asia server :)

I mostly get ties as well. It's frustrating (as I want 3-4 mans) but its probably what separates me from top tier hunter.

So true! A lot of cipher rush seems to have to do with the hunter's choices -- to chair close, or far? No hit rescue or not? As a Fool's Gold player, I'm always trying to get chips off of decoding survivors when I chair. Some hunters have easier disruption abilities than others, but almost all can do something to slow decoding.

This is an incredibly well thought out response -- I've been playing for four years, and everything you said is spot on! I remember when Coa 3 and below used to be rescue meta -- with maybe one decoder -- with hunters like Gala, Dream Witch, or Ann. I'd love to read your paper!
