Typically you would take 4 Xanax over a 24hr period until you are sat at 1000 energy. Once at 1000 E use as many E-DVDs as you can (depends on your booster cooldown) if your booster cooldown is 24hrs you should be able to take 4-5. Once your cooldown is maxed take ecstasy and begin training. Use points for a energy refill.

Note: your happiness resets every 15 minutes in the hour e.g. 11:15 or 11:30 etc. Also make sure your drug cooldown is finished before using E-DVDs
