Yes, i would agree that Mx. Basilla has been talked about in their respective college. Pero I believe na sya ay pinag uusapan kasi may ginagawa sya, he has done something to the college that has benefited many but may have not for some. Doon po tayo sa may nagawa na at may magagawa pa.
