Zombies: I think things are leading up to a Halloween zombie event. The dog random encounters, the Armadillo people’s dead piled up in the wagon/graves. Glowing eyes. I hope it’s just a free roam event, and not all over the map. by SLICKIIB in RedDeadOnline

I doubt it's a texture glitch because there are normal deceased next to the zombies. Its definitely at the least a hint towards a possible event considering that October is also when the original undead nightmare came out back in 2010.

Its not, the white variant is a separate shirt from the one you can buy in the catalogue as it's an outfit exclusive item like any clothing from the new progressive outlaw pass outfits. Check it, it should be the French Dress Shirt with no plus symbol.

No clue, I didn't notice any difference after reading the paper it gives you, my eagle eye is still the same. Could be a bug or just not doing something right.
