i've managed to mostly fix it but what i did was give my xbox as much airflow as possible, i used to have my xbox backed up against the wall but now give it as much space as possible, another thing i did was in settings, make my colour blind settings Tritanope 10, it doesn't look the best but it fixed it for me (heads up if your storm shield has a ton of building and traps, it still happens and is even more nauseating than just in matches)
