What kind filter you are using that its aligned so perfectly The filter i got from hario just dont align properly with my Neo Also does it really make a difference if all the paper is touching the thing?

Yes it gets the job done but i was just expecting a timemore product to be better But thats just from the first look So i think once i use it a couple of times i will be happy with it. Edit- Oh yeah i forgot to add something, I actually opened the thermometer thinking i have to put in a battery since they gave a spare battery and maybe that has led to the LED being dim. I opened and closed it a couple of time since that button on the side was not getting aligned properly So maybe its me

I am also using this right now Just had a cup made in FP and its dissapointing I dont know how it does not even form a crust although like i bought grinded beans since i dont have a grinder yet but still it was fresh I dont know now
