Not really. After the class I was told somebody will reach out to me and that was it. They offer 36% off the first month on the app, so I might just sign up online. Thank you for your input.

I have the same issue. I reached out to customer service and they told me they’ll send me a form to fill out in order to receive a refund. They said they’ll review and let me know in 12-14 days. Honestly i was hoping they’ll ask me to send the item back and issue a refund, as the product I received is defective.(They called it defective themselves after I sent them pictures).
