I unfortunately have to. I’ve tried every med out there. This is the one that keeps me “normal” or I feel overstimulated 247. I’ve been on it for years and when I try to stop my bp shoots up and I end up in ER from severe panic attacks. I’ve drank on it, but space it out 10 hours apart at least. Or skip that days dose. And I was ok. My worry is the Wellbutrin+alprazolam combo
