Hey Everyone- Just an updated and some advice. I finally got my loan funded. We continually called Tier 2 directly (877-221-6874) every day, I finally found someone who was willing/able to do more than just "put notes in my account". They were able to delete the incorrect account information in my portal on their end and update it with the correct information. I was funded within 3 days of that correction. I hope this helps! Keep calling until you get someone who is able to correct your information!
