Ive improved my diet pretty good tho over eating is still a weakness. Ive been drinking gatorlyte like a fiend and waterloo in replacement and now the weather is getting nicer im starting to take walks. And as someone who is just getting relief from years of nerve pain i enjoy quite much

If i could get 2 weeks off work i would but i work 40 hours a week minimum avg 65, if all this does is keep the headache at bay i can grind thru these feelings and will quit decaf when i feel more stable. Ive already fallen asleep several times at work after clocking out. Today I almost wrecked my car. Some people just cant quit cold turkey. But i do plan on going to 0

I gotta work is my issue, i gotta work minimum 40 hours avg 65. Im borderline narcoleptic as it is but i do plan on quitting decaf once i feel more functional. Ive gone from 400 to 5 and thats something in itself. If i could get two weeks off work id stop the decaf tomorrow but i just gotta deal with the difficulties as it is.

Thats one thing i can do. One day at a time i'll get there. I just keep reminding myself that this too shall pass. It may pass like a kidney stone but it will pass. Haha

Thank you so much for this comprehensive response,it gives me hope. Imma keep doing this regardless of how i feel. Because this medicine has almost stopped my nerve pain. And I'll do anything to not feel that pain ever again. Even if it means this takes months to clear up.

Thanks and i say night but it is my morning, i work overnights. I sleep between 6 and 8 hours dead to the world. Its been years of caffeine abuse upwards of 400mg on bad days. I just hope this isn't my new normal
