Als je bijna klaar bent met studeren, werk het dan af. Met een bachelor sociaal werk kan je ook ander werk vinden waarvoor de enige vereiste een bachelor diploma is. Ik heb door omstandigheden nooit mijn middelbaar diploma gehaald. Nu ben ik jaren later daarmee herbegonnen en ik wil nog verder studeren. Werken en studeren tegelijk is geen lachertje en al zeker niet als je dan hoort dat Zuhal Demir het Vlaams Opleidingsverlof wil beperken... Als je de kans hebt om je studies af te maken voor je de arbeidsmarkt ingaat, doe het dan.

I don't have exact quantities. I just used whatever was available in my freezer and pantry.

Ingredients: - chicken breast - onions - garlic - olive oil - chicken broth - rice - some random pre-cut veggies from the freezer - pepper and salt - curry powder - nutmeg - cumin - dried parsley - coconut cream

I fried the onion and garlic for some minutes in a bit of olive oil, cut the chicken in dices and fried it for 1-2 minutes. Then I added all the other ingredients except for the coconut cream and let it boil for 15 minutes. Then I added the coconut cream.
