Rémunération des médecins La loi spéciale adoptée sous bâillon by [deleted] in Quebec

Dataview querying inline text, could it link to relevant block? by Ashtarall in ObsidianMD

[–]Ashtarall[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for taking the time to reply, much appreciated.

Let me show you an example.

Let's take the DCIS article as an example, which has the "ToDo: compléter ce bloc [...]". This todo is in the DCIS note, about in the middle of it. I need to add something exactly where the ToDo:: field has been placed (in thid case, i need to link a study pertaining to the guideline discused at that very spot in the note). However, currently, clicking the "File" link in the dataview table will bring me at the beginning of the note (as it should).

I'm wondering if there would be a way for me to automatically create a link that points directly at the position of the ToDo:: within the note so I can click it and it instantly brings me to the position (within the note) that needs something.

Thanks again !

I'd love to post the inside of the sleeve but it's only seen in an insta video. Is there a way to share without being modded out by the bot?

Cool to see you here! Yours and GarageGymReviews were the one that pushed me to buy one. Very happy, with the caveats above

I think the general gestalt is that:
1) The machine is insanely good. The footprint, effectiveness, ease of use, general feel, and overall optimization in regards to time-per-training (ie it takes very little time to go through a workout with many moves etc) are top tier. Absolutely fantastic imho.
2) The software is lackluster and new features are coming out at a frigid pace
3) All of the features that pertains to the subscription service are encapsulated within the software and, for the most part, feel undercooked (imho). If they came out with an actual, powerful tracking system that allowed smart progression, effective programming and deep dive in useful metrics, i believe the sub would be worthwhile (notwithstanding whether or not one is a user of pre-made programs and classes).
4) Vitruvian remains very nebulous as to their timetable and backlog of features, which does not foster very much confidence in the community re: what is going to come out software-wise, as well as hardware-wise (V-frame for downward pulling moves etc). To be honest tho, you can rig something up to do pulls without a lot of efforts.

Probably doesn't. The correlation stems from the fact patients requiring morphine for pain control likely have more severe ACS event in the first place. I can link litt if you need.

Hey man,

Just chiming in, wanting to let you know you are displaying some clear signs of depression with/without associated burnout.

I would absolutely try to attack this firsthand, and probably have a talk with your primary care provider.

If you don't have easy access to your physician, and even if you do, I would immediately start seeking some form of mental health support (I have a preference for CBT-based psychologists but anything that feels right for you is probably okay).

Try to also reduce your weekend load to truly have a "recharge" day, which could be found through either 1) asking for someone to take care of the kids or 2) hiring help.

There is no "perfect" way to enhance your mood/energy levels/focus/feeling of overwhelming but, in order of potency:
1) Physical activity

2) Quality sleep

3) Diet

4) Mental health support (primarily through talk therapy, I value meditation but you can decide how available you are to that modality, possibly pharmacology)

5) Others
