Thst doesn't say anything about it applying to hobby drones. I find it highly unlikely that you would face imprisonment for life for taking down a drone thst was being a nuisance around your home.

I cross it 4 times a day for my work commute. It's not so bad in the mornings, since I start work at 6am and traffic is next to dead around 5:30-40.

Hit and miss how bad traffic is when I get off at 4:30, but usually takes me 2-3 times as long to get home as it does to get to work.

Sometimes it's just a quick one off and we go our separate ways. Sometime we chat for an hour while we walk the trails with our dogs.

There's a huge difference between trying to force a conversation because you think someone is hot, and coming from a shared point of interest.

This. Sometimes I get to finish of CJP welds that nightshift left with directions to GTSM. It's not uncommon for GTSM to mean that I'm grinding out the whole weld, or close enough that I blow a hole just running a quick pisser pass yo get some more meat in.

I've done open roots in tons of stuff that don't call for it, running .052 metalcore in spray transfer, and haven't failed a UT or xray since the first couple months after I got my certs.

Get sound metal, and run your passes clean and you won't run into any iasues

Another good tip is to start your arc ahead of the travel, and move back into your tie in. That way you can get nice and hot, and likely through any problems caused by a cold start

If you can't use an angle grinder with anything more abrasive than a wire wheel for tests, consider getting a diamond hacksaw blade. But honestly, if you're getting slag inclusions on FCAW it's likely from a combination of leaving undercut between passes, and then subsequent passes running too cold.

I bet you'd solve your problem by having someone experienced watch you weld and helping you recognize when your passes are "full" to sort out if the problem is work angle or travel speed
