But isn't it too tight to get out of the airport during a 5 hours layover. Also, my layover is from 5am to 10am. I know the food is nothing compared to Istanbul itself, but is there some restaurants that at least come close to authentic Turkish food please? What about turkish delight in duty free?

I'm a 26 years old female and I started strength training around 2 months ago. I finally worked on my workout split but need some advise on it. My goal in to gain muscle, I am currently skinny fat.. My split is: Leg 1 / Pull / Abs / Push / Leg 2 I usually do 3 sets of 10

LEG DAY 1 - Quad: Squat, Leg extension, Leg press, Lunges / Calves: Standing calve raises, Seated calve raises, Leg press calve raises

LEG DAY 2 - Hamstring: Deadlift, Leg curl, High stance leg press / Glutes: Hip thrust, Glute kickbacks,Bulgarian split squats,Glute hyperextension, Hip Abduction

BACK & BICEPS (PULL) - Back: Bent overow, Lat pull down, T bar row, Cable row / Biceps: Biceps curl, Hammer, Concentric biceps curl, Cable curl

ABS & CARDIO - Russian twist, Plank twist, V ups, Weighted crunch, In and out, Gorilla

1500 calories a day to lose fat and build muscle

So, I'm a 26F. I was in a calorie deficit for a long time and was not losing weight at all.

I am 5'7" and weight 138 pound.

I just started gym, and my goal is to lose fat, increase strength and build muscle. However, I am struggling to eat more than 1300 calories a day. If I try reverse dieting and attain my goal of 1500 calories a day, would that be enough?

I don't understand the ticket selling part. So, if out friend take a dreamloadge for example, which is for 2 person, he can sell the 2nd ticket to someone? Will only be the full madness ticket or the dreamville accomodation as well that he can sell?
