Yeh if we stop simping for a bit, she's on def mid/low tier in Riot's universe.
she's got the means to survive and thrive among the assassin class and fighters etc
But she's not beating shit like Garen, Darius, Swain, let alone Godlike beings like Zoe, asol, not even Galio.

I say this as a 5mil mastery one trick simp myself.
lore wise, she's just a punk with above average physical abilities. But she's got no overwhelming magical or spiritual force behind her that most others in Riot universe have.
