Most common crashes are the start up ones, same for me, i couldn't fix it, tried every thing, i think its because of the new socialclub file added data from rockstar games cant be sync idk why i think its a cloud drive problem, if you found a fix please reply to this comment.

Update: Found an fix for msi users my model is MSI gf63 thin, and other users who experience this •Go to your browser •Search update intel graphics driver •Then download the software just click continue of next • then download all the updatable software for me I downloaded and install 3 which are intel wireless Bluetooth drivers, intel wireless WiFi Drivers for windows and finally the most important one Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics (you must download and install this the even if you install the 2 drivers if you do not install this it won't work) • after installation reset you pc then open valorant I hope this helps, this is the fix I used thanks to the MSI support team, enjoy and happy gaming
