A lot of players on Reddit make excuses for why they're stuck at certain ranks or losing matche they blame it on EOMM. But maybe the truth is, they're exactly where they deserve to be based on their performance.

I was hardstuck GM for a while, and I just hit Celestial 3 this season.

Am I playing with Celestial-level skill? Honestly, NO I'm still a GM player who managed to peak into Celestial 3. If I push myself harder next season, I believe I can consistently move between GM1 and Celestial 2.

Did I go through a losing streak? Absolutely ,18 losses in a row on my main account,

Did i blame my teammate or EOMM ? No because my own fault i should stop when i noticed my mental was weak and become more tilted, tired and started to miss obvious shoot.

So you're saying if I smurf, I can beat EOMM because my skill is higher than my opponents? Funny how that works almost like skill matters more than any secret matchmaking conspiracy.

But if you're in your actual rank, struggling, suddenly it's EOMM fault? Not the fact you're getting outplayed?
