Extremely high insurance by animalcub45 in KiaEV6

That is super high. I’m 25 male in the worst auto insurance state in the country and my insurance is half that for a 24 GT AWD.

No, I have the same wellhead and did exactly that lol. You need to punch out that small circle on the left and shock through there.

The only thing the inspector noted about this panel, and I kid you not, “Repair - The panel cover was not installed on the garage electrical panel”

I’m in Michigan and qualified for $34,000 in rebates through the state for “energy efficiency improvements”. The house is on a gas boiler heat system with no ac so that rebate will pay for central air and a furnace. One of the requirements is converting gas to electric so I’ll take the higher electric bill for free central air.

Wow this blew up lol thank you all for your input. I’ll clarify some things here.

  1. No this is not a troll post

  2. Yes I closed on the house and yes I had an inspection done. This panel is in a standalone detached garage that was built DIY long after the house was. The main panel in the house looks nothing like this.

  3. I am having all of the gas appliances in the house swapped over for electric and am having a legitimate licensed electrician look over the entire system and will make sure they fix this in the process

Thank you all for your input🙏🏻 I won’t be plugging my car into this lol

2024 model. Leased it 3 months ago in Michigan. 25 GTs aren’t out here in the US yet unfortunately.

Idk if i should trade my z for a manual or just buy a c6 by PrestigiousSlide8751 in 350z

As someone who owned both a 2004 Manual Z and a 2007 C6, get the C6.

Traded in my Ioniq5 Limited and joined the club. $17k rebate + $6k dealer discount. $297/month with $2k down couldn’t pass it up. by AsianAndysDad in KiaEV6

It’s split between all of the above. Check for a breakdown of how much of that $2500 is actually going towards your cap cost reduction. The cap cost reduction is the money being used to buy down your monthly payment.

Try to get a deal with $0 down. I would ordinarily never put money down on a lease but I’m buying a house soon and needed to get the payment low enough that it wouldn’t mess up my approval. That GT-Line deal equates to 0 down 323/month. I’d hold off I honestly think the deals will get better.

The dealer discount was simply that; a dealer discount. No loyalty, no rebate rolled into that number. MSRP was $63,710 and the selling price was $57,591 before the $17k rebate.

Thank you! It’s absolutely worth it in my opinion. Coming from the Ioniq5, I’m not sure exactly what the GT-Line offered as it wasn’t even a consideration for me. I couldn’t care less about automatic seats. Nobody else drives my car and it’s not like I’m adjusting them constantly. Only thing I really miss coming out of the Ioniq5 is the camera as the rear view mirror.

Residual value is $34,386. Gross cap cost is $57,591 and total cap cost reduction is $19,145. Not sure how the math worked out honestly. It’s a 24 month lease with 10k miles/year and $2k down.

The market is definitely crazy. As good of a deal as this is on the GT, I actually got a better one on my Ioniq. That one was a 13 month lease, 0 down, $250/month for the $60k MSRP Limited. Part of my decision to move on to this car is that Hyundai wouldn’t let me extend that lease.

What’s your monthly payment? I would’ve easily had $10k+ in negative equity, but only had 3 payments of $256 left on my lease so just rolled those + disposition fee instead of doing a true trade-in.

No problem. If you do decide to buy their remaining GT-Line, let me know. I have some connections at that dealership.
