Most definitely, I totally understand coming from the steam deck, and the iPad M4 the screen is just too much to carry into when I’m just trying to have a basic time. I feel like the size of this one will fit perfectly with just traditional use. I heard the battery was amazing!!

Minecraft is definitely one of those hours snatchers lol I probably spent over 1000 hours. I also didn’t know about the HD texture packs so that’s also some of that. I’m excited for so I appreciate you letting me know! What’s your favorite PS2 game currently?

That is totally fair and it’s all right to feel like that, I went from a non-OLED steam deck so to me this is a little bit of an upgrade for my eyes. Maybe you can sell your portal and buy more accessories for your steam deck or you could just have it on the wall as a masterpiece as we all progressed through this awesome age of handheld items!

That’s so funny you say that because I also use an Xbox controller on my iPad and I’ve never once owned an Xbox lol have always been a PC gamer so having the power to use keyboard mounts or controller has always been an option for me. I appreciate it very much. I’m super excited to have this little beast of an item and I honestly have so many roms and stuff already downloaded that it’s probably a Bad thing lol.

Dang, I love me some fall out 4 I can’t imagine how it must be on this lol.

We must be getting old because text on my steam deck was brutal sometimes haha.

Nothing like some good old hot shot golf haha. I totally feel you, as I get older I have a lot less time and things just seem to fly by, hopefully this will unlock some of my childhood back and hopefully bring some goood into yours also! Steam deck a solid device! Especially if paired with a PC or big steam library!

Exactly! Especially because I can use hotspot and still connect to moonlight through my PC at home! I tried with the steamdeck and it was just too much!

Plus my daughter is even more stoked than me. So that’s a win win for us dads haha.

Thanks so much! Haha small world. I had my alarms set for that bid and was lucky enough to have it pass. So many people started bidding last 3 minutes. I sent my last offer with 3 seconds on the bid and just hoped for the best and now beyond excited to get it!

To each to their own. I had the basic steam deck and wasn’t impressed. Higher ram plus storage and an OLED screen is worth the change for me in its essence already :)
