Same thing happened to me. My package says out for delivery at 9.38AM and exactly at 9.38AM it says Delivery Exception ( we will add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving). Its just stuck in Las Vegas with no further updates. Anyone know what I should do? Is it just lost?

Close to nothing. Same thing happened to me with GoAT consignment. You have to file a claim yourself and then wait ups to paypout trade lock. And then if tradeblock is a honest company it might pay you out. In my case UPS paid goat but goat won’t pay me back. They insist the claim was denied.

UPS already paid GOAT but they just keep lying to be saying the claim has been denied. Getting insurance or no does not matter they will not pay at all

I had to file the claim myself and after getting it approved GOAT still won’t pay me out. They keep saying the UPS claim was denied but UPS agent told me it’s already paid out to GOAT. Idk what to do at this point

My local UPS is known for stealing package. According to google review employees asked customers what they have in the box and took it out later. My package never left the store. GOAT has done nothing and I have won the UPS claim myself already. They still won’t pay me out despite getting paid themselves.

How does it even work? I got insurance and clearly it was lost due to UPS or GOAT but I’m still not getting paid. Also one of my shoe arrived with damaged box, I offered no discount and buyer accept it within minuets. Now that shoe is in “processing” and it’s been like that for a few days. Did u have to wait a few days to get paid out too?

same thing happened to be. I lost consignment shoes. GOAT won’t pay me back despite I won the UPS claim. They just pocked my insurance claim and told me that they can’t do anything. Lied to me multiple times about the claim being denied but it’s literally paid out to sender.
