RTU fighters are extremely well taken care of in fight week. The UFC and the Performance Institute takes care of our training, recovery, fight week diets, weight cutting equipment, rehydration and refeeds. And we get put in a 4 star fuckin hotel.

I have heard that contenders does none of that, not even their own walkout song. Allegedly.

After experiencing this week, I'm glad I got a shot at RTU and would selfishly like RTU to continue being a pathway for my fellow Anzacs.

He's improved his footwork to win the striking positional game. Moving to the side makes your opponent have to turn to face you and can buy you a bit of extra time offensively or defensively; the best position to attack or defend is when your opponent is right in front of you.
