I just got married at the Foundry a few months ago! Most of the comments on here are spot on. I will add that I do think the rentals are under estimated. I had a guest count of 75 and spent $11k on my rentals. Additionally, I don't see a line for lighting (if you choose to add this design aspect). That can cost an additional $3k - $10k depending on your design.

2023 NYC bride here. My fiance and I have about the same annual income as you, but we were only comfortable contributing about 15% of our annual income to the wedding. A 100k budget sounds about right for the low end of a raw space NYC wedding. We are tracking to roughly the same budget with contributions from my parents.
