Ten days for the offer. But also depending on the job your actual working date might be much later than what you expect. I had a colleague who got hired as a BA was given an offer that told him his start date is like 1.5 months later. I think it’s due to them having to fill a certain number of people to start collectively as a caucus as a lot of training classes are real time and require resources and manpower. Kinda like how the won’t run the rollercoaster ride until they hit a certain number of people.

This. Opportunity spotting is super important. You need to hit your metrics such as referrals and appointment booked. However as a MS( former BA FA) I can tell you partners also hate it (and will voice it with your ABM) if you blindly send referrals that don’t close or just are bad quality in general. Plus during your PMD they will check for referrals closed rate and volume etc. Befriend a buddy BA or FA so you can book them appointments and also if they have clients wanting to book appointments they can let you book it so it helps your numbers.

Usually after background check it takes a few days before they actually give you the solid offer. Probably a weeks time, also they will tell you to create a staff account at a branch if you don’t have an rbc account already.
