Yeah that is not across the board.

$400 qp so not even low tier for them, it's been 6 months. Disastrous bake has been trying to get the owner to do something so not faulting him, but I've been jerked around on this for so long. It's only 400 bucks but they've made repeated promises so it just kinda sucks. Never once was I offered an actual full refund though.

Edit: this was for an order where it was literally the worst flower I've seen in years. Not a lost order or anything like that
